- JJJaneMay 18, 20261.0I asked for first class postage but was charged for 24 hour tracked, which I did NOT ask for, nor was I asked if I wanted to upgrade to 24 hour tracked. The woman at the counter said it was too late to change it as it had already gone through. I told her that was NOT what I asked for, and now I have been charged more for a service I never asked for.
